Great breakfast with a nice view, brilliant service. Stunning twin room, lovely beds. Stunning and exceptional location in the very heart of Motovun. And a 15-minute walk from Bell Tower.

Big, huge unit with a balcony, and particularly helpful staff. Amazing food, good service. Absolutely perfect and magnificent location, very nice restaurant.

The breakfast was outstanding with a variety of delicious foods. The genuine smiles of the staff made the experience even more enjoyable. The nice view added to the overall positive ambiance of the hotel.

The room was huge and modern, plus the bed was lovely.

Fabulous hotel with fine wi-fi, the location is BRILLIANT to shaded gardens. Queen room is stunning, has a nice bathroom. Nice and really kind staff, the breakfasts are outstanding with genuine smiles. Thank you for a great stay.

The breakfast here is excellent, and the location is exceptional, being very close to the main square and the beautiful surroundings.

Having just stayed at 7 locations throughout Croatia & Bosnia, the Kastel was the only Hotel we booked & despite its' excellent location and vg staff, was the most disappointing of all 7 rooms. May is early season so Car Parking was fine despite other comments on this site. We managed to get our car to the highest car park & the Porter came down by van for us and the luggage. Not all cars would make it up the steep & very narrow hill, so be warned but we understand the van service is available from all parking points. The Hotel's location is excellent although you must be happy to climb a steep slippery path up the hill. No heels ladies. ps- tell the parking chaps at bottom you have a reservation at hotel and you don't pay the charge.

Our disappointments were with the room (very corporate), no finishing touches, no water in the room & no A/C. Our last night's a La Carte meal was not A'La C.We'd eaten better for less £ in a small place 1/2 down the hill with the best panoramic view possible. The Wellness area was good but not all fac. free to guests. Pool was free but Sauna etc., is a 3 hour paid ticket. I had 2 treatments which were fine but I have had better.

Clean rooms with friendly staff that went above and beyond to assist us. Our room even had a nice bathtub for a relaxing soak 🛁.

Fantastic location and even better than we went 4 years ago as its been beautifully redone. Excellent value for money considering the beautiful swimming pool. I just love it.

Fairly clean and perfect place, has splendid views of the sun rise. The setting is best possible and very special, it's next to a green valley and a medieval town called Motovun, the center of truffle hunting in Croatia and a hill overlooking a green valley. And it's by Mirna.

Booked it for our weekend and had a really great stay here. The atmosphere created was quiet! The twin room was stunning, had a safe box, a sofa bed, and central heating. Nice service was provided. The location on top of the hill was stunning for us. What's more, it was just next door to the town square overlooking the gorgeous view, a green valley and a medieval town called Motovun, the center of truffle hunting in Croatia, and outside restaurant. The food we tried was yummy and they have a great selection of meals to choose from.

Reasonably spacious, stunning units provided with a balcony, aircon and a very well furnished. Great breakfast — a huge variety of meals. Public parking nearby provided. Very kind staffs, gave a few recommendations.

Great overall experience at Boutique Hotel Kastel. Fairly clean and fabulous hotel with pleasant staff and stunning rooms. Great breakfasts with a nice view, genuine smiles, and delicious food options. The rooms with a balcony, decent curtains, and a nice shower.
